Indonesia Youth Leadership Conference is a conference that is held by AIESEC Indonesia for newly recruited participants for Team Member Program/Team Leader Program/Global Community Development Program. This is the first conference for new members where they could interact with AIESEC, know more about leadership and feel the global learning environment of AIESEC. This conference is aimed to prepare each participant in running each program in terms of personal and professional skills/knowledge/attitude/behavior.
