CENTRAL JAVA, SEMARANG – It’s been 3 months since the 2018 term of our Local Committee been run, a lot of learning, strategies, and thoughts been implemented, as the first 100 days of every term is the most crucial thing to be concerned, we held Management Board Conference 2018, to review our past 100 days performances and try to set a new milestone for upcoming period.
In this Management Board Conference, we divided the objectives of the conference into two main objectives which are: Performance. Proejct and Strategies Review, and Member Capacity Building and Succession. In project and strategies review, We will review every project and strategy that has been implemented during 1819 term. It starts from Feb-April 2018, and to know the relevancy of national projects towards organization growth. In Member capacity building and succession, we would like to give more education to the member, especially in managing a team, achieving team goals, and striving for excellence to achieve personal development. Both of these objectives are crafted into several session that delivered within 4 days of conference.
As we are usually put the current national team to deliver the session, now we spice up the delivery, by inviting few externals and alumna of AIESEC Indonesia, to give our delegates various insightful thoughts from the former member of this organization. Though some of the things may change, but we are still in the same drive and value, that makes it is needed to listen how our former, maintain their energy, focus, and spirit while being member of organization also manage your time as students. The alumna are not just coming for the talkshow, but also indulging the delegates with knowledges and perspectives with their expertise through an upclose workshop session, where delegates are divided into few groups based on their current role in Local Committee.
In talkshow we have our very own Mrs. Dian Irawati currently as Director BOI Research Services Indonesia and Mr. Irwin Sjafril who currently as Country HR Director Phillips Indonesia, continued after the session, we have workshops from Edwin Khrishnariadi Djakaria as Director Stevland Bridge who gather with all of our Local Committee President, with workshop called CEO Bootcamp. In another part of the hotel we have Mr. Khaleed Hadi Pranowo as Master Of Coin IMPALA SPACE that talks about Customer Experience and Mr. Anthony Reza as Co Founder & CEO GetCraft Indonesia bringing workshop about Organizational Relation. All of them are AIESEC Indonesia Alumna that having exquisite after life experience after in AIESEC, we couldn’t be more happier than having opportunities to share and discuss about our organization with them. Last but not least we have aexternal session from Christopher Tobing as Managing Director S.E.A at Big Change Agency Indonesia, with the topic called Reinvent Myself, we are all drown by the inspirational story of him, and how bold he is to stay strue to what he believes in and make it all happen.
This conference resulting a good impact to delegates, as we seen from how they try to be attentive and proactive in every session they attend, and we are hoping this would be continued until the end of their term, as we can see it through their performances progress, as we also acknowledge their first period during feb-april performances into few awards categories. AIESEC Indonesia also would like to thank AIESEC in Universitas Diponegoro for hosting this conference, also to Dennis C. Amoey current President of AIESEC in Netherland 2017/2018 for being our Conference Chairman that assist all of the facilitator also delegates to have mutual connection and owning the conference in the best way we can.>
