AIESEC Programmes

AIESEC develop their member through what we called AIESEC Experience that consist  of international experience, leadership opportunities and global learning environment. AIESEC Experience It is a series of program that will harness their leadership skill, empower them to become the change agent and get the competencies that is needed for member to become a global citizen leader.

AIESEC Programme consist of 

  Engagement with AIESEC

In this phase a new member will be introduce to AIESEC, learn about AIESEC culture, the history and the organization itself.

Experential Leadership Development program

This phase it is a leadership development program that consist of international experience, leadership opportunities, team work opportunities within a global learning environment that will develop the member competencies and capabilities

Life Long Connection

This phase will connect all of the alumni to continue contributing to AIESEC and give impact to society

 

 

Experiential Leadership Development Program

AIESEC Experiential Leadership Development Program is an integrated program for AIESEC member to develop their leadership potential and having an international experience in social or project. This program divided into several parts.

 

Global Community Development Program

Duration : 6-8 weeks

This program encompasses cross cultural positive impact through going abroad and take part to give impact to society through project related to world issue and community development (read here to know more)

Team Member Program

Duration: 8 weeks-52 weeks

Get practical learning experience and hard skill development through team work experience, work in various type of field to explore the member potential and gain access to global network.This program is crucial way to start your path toward leadership development (read here to know more)

Team Leader Program

Duration: 8 weeks-52 weeks

This program will culminate your personal and professional development, through the concept of team building, and management. Get the experience on leading other members and guiding them in the work  (read here to know more)

Global internship Program

Duration: 8 weeks-52 weeks

This program offers internship that contribute for international professional development of a member and assist them on specific field of work. Involved in organization or diverse business. (read here to know more)
