By having sharing with another students, AIESEC Indonesia invite you to join AIESEC discUSs, an event that will engage youth to discuss and share the things that related to youth’s life.

we will announce the selected people on March 24th 2012 via email. This event is open to students from Jakarta and Bandung only.

Organiser & Eligibility

1. This “Your Experience” Video Competition is organized by AIESEC in Indonesia and open for public of university student in Indonesia.
2.  AIESEC members who are holding Team Leader or Team Member role/s shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
3. The competition is for individual entry

Duration

1.  This Contest will run from March 7th until April 7th 2012 at 23.59 GMT+7
2.  All entries received after Contest Period will be disqualified.

Submission of Entries & Qualifying Criteria

1.  Participants must first be registered as a fan of the AIESEC Indonesia Facebook Fans at www.facebook.com/AIESECinIndonesia.
2.  Participant is only entitled to win one Prize throughout the entire Contest period.
3. The participant must be a university student and still enrolled in the university
4.  To participate in this Contest, contestants must :

          I.    Submit 1-2 minutes video that tell what kind of experience that you will give to community through AIESEC Global Community Development Program.

 

          II.    Upload the video in www.youtube.com and Send the video links Include your full name, age, university, Facebook email address and phone number in your email to goexchange@aiesec.or.id

 

        III.    Your video will be uploaded onto AIESEC Indonesia Facebook Fan Page album within 24 hours of receipt.

Judging

The judging criteria will be depends on

1. The alignment of the video content with AIESEC Vision

2. Creativity and Clarity of the message

3. Virality ( the amount of likes, shares and views of the video)

 

Prizes

1. The chosen 10 (ten) people will get the opportunity to go to selection process with AIESEC in Indonesia team

2. 5 (five) of the people who passed the selection process will get the full waiver Exchange program fees ( IDR 2,500,000) for Global Community Development Program

3. Only 2 (two) from the winner will get the chance to get additional (USD 150) for flight ticket subsidy

        I.    Subsidy will be given after the exchange experience, the 5 (five) winners will be eligible to compete for the subsidy by creating another 1-2 minutes video during their exchange experience to tell about the experience that they have got during the exchange experience
        II.  2 (two) winner who will get the subsidy flight ticket is judge by these criteria : Virality of the video (amount of like, share, and views) and the alignment to AIESEC Vision

 

Prizes Redemption

1.  Winners’ names will be announced on the AIESEC in Indonesia Facebook Fan Page and will be notified via Email. The Organizer will not be held liable if the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons after at least three [3] attempts by the Organiser to contact the winners.
2.  Departure date relies on flights availability and the matching duration needed in order to match the participants with their desire countries and projects.
3. The winner should be eligible to go for Exchange starting date around 1st May- 30th June 2012

4.  All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

Liability & Responsibility

1.  Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever.
2.  All recording, transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or other expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Rights of the Organiser

1.  By submitting your entries for this Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights there to shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser shall have the exclusive right to use, edit, modify and publish the entry submitted by all the participants, publish the names of the participants, in any way it deems fit for any advertising, trade, promotional purpose and for any other reason whatsoever, without any further notice to the participants and the participants shall not claim ownership or any payment or compensation on the materials. For the avoidance of doubt, the submissions will not be edited for judging purposes.
2. Organizer shall do selection process based on the AIESEC Competencies criteria and the decision made is absolutely the rights of Organizer

Other Terms & Conditions

1.  All Video submitted must be original and shall not breach any intellectual property rights belonging to any party.
2.  The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify this Rules & Regulations without any prior notice, if required for the smooth running of the Competition 3.  The Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
4.  By participating in this Competition, participants agree to be bound by this Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organizer.
5.  Any submission that is offensive to the online community shall result in disqualification of participation.
