Starting from November 16-18 2011, AIESEC Indonesia will have a special guest from AIESEC International Boards, this person is Darshan Desai Vice President Information Management of AIESEC International.Darshan flew all the way from Rotterdam to Jakarta Indonesia to specially visit and coach AIESEC Indonesia Team.

This visit aims to facilitate AIESEC Indonesia Team to have a better understanding on how to achieve AIESEC 2015 midterm ambition which is “Engage and Develop Every Young Person in the World”  and also functional coaching to facilitate Executive Boards to have a better understanding of their role as the leader of AIESEC Indonesia

The first day of the coaching starts off with insightful discussion as well with challenge that broader our mind to do innovation and think outside the box. In order to innovate, we need to dare ourselves through challenging questions. Don’t restricted and limit yourself, just make it simple. These are some of the many things that we have learned  from the first day of coaching.

We are looking forward for more insightful and fruitful discussion for day 2 and 3
