Jatinangor, 20 April 2024 – AIESEC in Unpad successfully provided opportunities for 60 young people to become delegates and prepare themselves through the incubation program “AIESEC Future Leader.” AIESEC Future Leader, organized by AIESEC in Unpad, successfully implemented all its programs by conducting 4 offline sessions, accompanied by 10 coaches who shared their experience and materials. This season, AIESEC Future Leader successfully established partnerships with 3 companies (DANA, CAKAP, ATMA), collaborated with 2 Local Committees (AIESEC in UPLB, AIESEC in Bandung), and partnered with 2 media partners (Epicentrum, Radiomu).

AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) is designed to empower youth to take charge and engage in their community, guided by coaches and speakers who support them every step of the way. Participants are immersed in a community eager to further develop their leadership roles. They are given opportunities to learn both soft and technical skills, and provided with a platform to connect and discuss their ideas and vision. Beyond their respective groups, participants can connect and discover fresh perspectives from other groups. Additionally, AFL helps participants grow their network, providing valuable assistance for their future endeavors.
