Bandung, 6th February 2025 — This winter, AIESEC in Bandung successfully held AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) Winter Peak 2025, a three-month transformative leadership program designed to help young individuals unlock their full potential and develop the skills needed to create a lasting impact in their communities.
Essential Leadership Skills
With an engaging theme inspired by Netflix, AIESEC Future Leaders by AIESEC in Bandung provided a unique and relatable experience that combines self-discovery, skill-building sessions, and hands-on activities. This program was designed to equip youth with essential leadership and professional skills, preparing them for success in an ever-changing world.
What to Expect from AFL Winter Peak 2025?
The program featured bi-weekly sessions covering essential topics that empower youth to thrive both personally and professionally:
✅ Discovering Your True Self
A journey into self-awareness, self-acceptance, and aligning with one’s personal IKIGAI. This session also introduced self-management strategies to help individuals achieve balance and fulfillment in life.
✅ Dressing for Career Success
A practical guide to academic excellence, strategic networking, career transitions, and job preparation helped youth to gain clarity on their professional pathways.
✅ Mastering Strategic Thinking
A hands-on workshop leveraging Google tools to enhance both personal and professional productivity, ensuring youth to develop the analytical and problem-solving skills needed in today’s workforce.
✅ The Art of Public Speaking
A specialized session focusing on effective communication techniques, helping youth to build confidence, structure compelling speeches, and present ideas with clarity and impact.

With AIESEC, leadership is about taking action. As a grand finale to this program, AIESEC in Bandung concluded AFL Winter Peak 2025 with a River Cleanup Day at Cikapundung River. The youth worked alongside local residents to promote environmental sustainability, reinforcing the importance of collective action and social responsibility.
