Carrying the theme “Assemble to Lead: Stronger Leadership for Sustainable Growth,” the summit drew inspiration from Marvel: Avengers Endgame. This theme aligned with AIESEC’s mission of shaping value-driven future leaders. The Summit blends interactive workshops, reflective sessions, and cross-functional collaboration, guided by AIESEC in Bandung’s Local Committee Executive Board (LCEB) as facilitators.
Day 1 – Foundation & Self-Leadership
On the first day, participants explored leadership concepts rooted in AIESEC’s values (SELADA).
They attended sessions like “Lead Like the First Avenger” and “Be the S.H.I.E.L.D for Your Team,” which explained the difference between leading and managing. These sessions also linked personal growth (Inner Journey) to team performance (Outer Journey).
To keep the energy high, the agenda included fun segments such as “Guess the Superhero”. Additionally, they joined “Shuri’s Lab: Google Workspace” to learn digital tools that improve team operations.
Day 2 – Strategy & Execution
The second day shifted focus to strategy. Through “Guardian of Synergy,” participants learned the importance of cross-functional teamwork. In “Stark-Tech Lab: PDP & MX,” they practiced using tracking tools to measure performance.
They also joined “Strategy is Your Six Stones” to translate AIESEC’s goals into local action plans using practical frameworks. Later, “Multiverse of Crisis” challenged them to solve realistic scenarios. This simulation tested their risk management and decision-making under pressure.
