YOUTH TODAY
An intensive 1-month of training for youth, in the form of a community, aiming to leverage one’s capacity in both soft and hard skills, before jumping to a real-work experience.
Functional Skills are required for an individual to perform in the job descriptions across all functions, and achieve the expected results/outcomes. There are the skills in persona, which distinguish the profiles foremost, and the other functional skills that are also required to fulfill job roles. The skills level up as one takes up further roles in AIESEC.
