AIESEC is a global youth-led organization striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential by activating leadership qualities in youth. AIESEC spreads across 114 countries and territories, including Indonesia. AIESEC in Indonesia established in 1984 aims to develop youth to make a better Indonesia right now and in the future.

Our Programs
AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) is a 3-month program that provides youth development in the form of a community for them to further develop leadership roles in their society, consisting of soft and hard skills development sessions.
Local Project is a 4 weeks opportunity for young people in Indonesia who seek to develop themselves by experiencing a new perspective, making an impact, and support the implementation of SDGs by volunteering through virtual platforms.
Local Internship is an Internship program of AIESEC Indonesia that offers working experience in start-ups, Small Medium Enterprises (SME), companies, and organizations across Indonesia.
Youth Today(+) is An intensive 1-month of training for youth, in the form of a community, aiming to leverage one’s capacity in both soft and hard skills, before jumping to a real-work experience.
Virtual Professional Program is a fully virtual internship program for 4-12 weeks in business administration, business development, marketing, finance, and IT.

Youths Today is a webinar event held by AIESEC in Indonesia to connect youth to create awareness regarding the importance of developing their leadership. We want to stress that youths today are leaders through this interactive webinar that aims to bring relevant topics & discussions to youth for them to have world awareness, leadership skills, and connecting impact.Â
Impact Circle is a webinar event held by AIESEC in Indonesia to raise awareness about the SDGs and specific unfamiliar topics for Indonesia’s youth. Impact Circle aimed to create the platform to unite like-minded youths who are concerned about SDGs to create something real for the society around them and make it better while helping implement the SDGs themselves.
